This is a beautiful out and back course through Riverside State Park in Spokane, WA. It begins at the 7 Mile military training area, and continues east along the Centennial Trail, bordered by the Spokane River. The course is fully supported, and lined with 350+ banners honoring post 9/11 Fallen Heroes from the Pacific Northwest.

Whether you ruck it, run it or walk it, it's a very memorable experience!

All distances will be timed!

Participants can ruck, run or walk.

Awards will be given for the fastest runners in each event,

and fastest and heaviest Ruckers in each distance.

For ruck awards, packs must weigh at least 35 lbs and if you can weight them with food,

we donate it all to the NewbyGinnings food bank.

Registration includes an event tee, free BBQ, static displays, lawn games and more!

Those completing the ruck will also receive a commemorative patch.
